Documents
Project documentation
Working notes, structural documents, hypotheses and tables. Living documentation, not a definitive state.
This page indexes the public documentation of the project. It is evolving: documents are added, revised, sometimes withdrawn. The order reflects the logic of ongoing work, not a linear progression.
Part of the documentation is available directly here. Another part is accessible via the GitHub repository ↗, in particular the structural files, technical diagrams and experiments.
Working notes
- On the distinction between understanding and generation — first formulations
- Critique of the plausibilist paradigm in contemporary LLMs
- Hermeneutics and software architecture — points of convergence
- Suspension of response as an epistemic stance
- Memory, trace and weighting — towards a taxonomy
Structural documents
- General architecture — overview and layers
- Arbitration module specification
- Structured memory layer specification
- Memorised trace revision protocol
- Dialogue interface — constraints and invariants
Hypotheses
- H-01 — Interpretive rigour is an emergent property of architecture, not of the model
- H-02 — Response suspension improves long-term confidence more than systematic response
- H-03 — A hierarchised memory reduces longitudinal contradictions without prohibitive cost
- H-04 — Explicit uncertainty positively modifies user behaviour
Summary tables
- Comparison of memory approaches in RAG systems and Frida
- Taxonomy of trace types and weighting criteria
- Arbitration module decision matrix — typical cases
- System invariants inventory — current version
Experiments
- Exp-01 — Weighted memory prototype on long exchanges
- Exp-02 — Implementation of a configurable suspension threshold
- Exp-03 — Longitudinal coherence evaluation on dialogue corpus
Documents marked published are accessible. Those marked in progress are being written. Those marked forthcoming are planned. Documentation evolves with the project — some documents may be withdrawn, merged or reformulated.
